5. Revenue Sharing and Payment

• Earnings from Google AdSense will be shared as per the agreed percentage between Stalwart Legacy and the User.

• Payments will be processed minimum 50$ per user.

• Users must provide valid payment details to receive earnings.

• Stalwart Legacy is not responsible for delays caused by user payment settings.

6. Account Suspension and Termination
Stalwart Legacy reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in cases of:

• Violation of Google AdSense policies.

• Fraudulent or misleading activity.

• Non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions.

7. User Responsibilities

• Users must maintain compliance with AdSense policies.

• Users must not engage in activities that harm Stalwart Legacy's reputation.

• Users must keep their account information accurate and updated.

8. Limitation of Liability
Stalwart Legacy is not liable for:

• Loss of revenue due to AdSense policy violations.

• Account bans imposed by Google AdSense.

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
